1. Agreement to Terms These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Webbility (“we,” “us,” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the webbility.co website and our custom digital development services.

2. Our Services Webbility specializes strictly in custom web development, mobile app development. We do not provide generalized IT consultancy or unrelated tech services. Project scopes, timelines, and deliverables will be explicitly outlined in individual client proposals and contracts.

3. Client Responsibilities To ensure the timely delivery of your digital assets, you agree to:

  • Provide necessary project requirements, branding assets, and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that any materials provided to Webbility do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of third parties.

4. Intellectual Property Rights Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific project contract, Webbility retains the rights to the underlying code and development frameworks used to build your project. Upon full payment of the agreed-upon project fees, the final visual design, text content, and compiled applications are licensed or transferred to the client as outlined in the project agreement.

5. Limitation of Liability In no event will Webbility, its directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of our site or services.

6. Revisions and Errata The materials appearing on Webbility’s website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. We do not warrant that any of the materials on our website are accurate, complete, or current. We may make changes to the materials contained on our website at any time without notice.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and defined following the laws of Northern Ireland and the United Kingdom. Webbility and yourself irrevocably consent that the courts of Northern Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any dispute which may arise in connection with these terms.
